Elmore Court

Elmort Court is a country house wedding venue like no other. The Grade II listed mansion holds over 850 years of family history within it’s walls. Surprisingly, its yet wildly young at heart with such an interesting past! A new destination for lovers of the natural world, Elmore Court is a rural retreat with stunning views and its own private lake. The grounds have been designed by Anselm Guise – founder of Glade festival, as well as Nano Records.

You can’t visit Elmore Court and not be impressed by its history. Built to entertain, this home has been a spot for parties since it was first built over 50 years ago before being completely refurbished in 2013. All while still maintaining the same elegant charm you would expect from such a historic building! Also, they added a sustainably built sound proof reception venue. It’s mostly called the Gillyflower, which was made entirely from recycled materials gathered on-site.

The estate is continuing its quest for sustainability by rewilding. Now, long horn cows can graze in the wildlands and there will soon be treehouses built with space enough only for forest stays or wedding ceremonies! Further, you’ll be surrounded by history as you plan your wedding at the Great Hall. This venue is perfect for larger parties, with many options available to make it exactly what you want. There’s also a Norman church on the grounds and described as one of England’s prettiest!
