Love + Legacy Studios

Im a wedding photographer that specializes in those emotional and candid moments in between all the busyness and hustle of a wedding day. I take my time leading up to the wedding getting to know who you are, what’s important to you, what you like, and what your expectations are for your wedding photos. My goal is to be able to give you the best possible experience when it comes to your wedding day. Oh, and yes I do travel!

FAQs

What inspired you to become a wedding photographer?

My own terrible experience with my wedding photographer showed me how important wedding photography truly is. These are once in a lifetime moments that set a foundation for the rest of your life! I didn’t realize back then that my kids would want to see these pictures, hear the stories, and see what moon and dad were like before they came along.

How would you describe your photography style?

My photographic store is very natural while throwing in a hint of drama into a few shots. I love using the natural light for amazing Romantic images, but I’m not afraid to step back and create a few really dramatic and epic shots for you. Check out my portfolio and you’ll see what I mean!

How do you ensure that your clients feel comfortable and relaxed during the photo shoot?

Feeling relaxed and comfortable during a photo shoot starts the moment we first meet. You should feel like we are friends and can relax and joke around with me before you ever step in ferrying of the camera. My shoots feel like we are just going to an awesome place to hang out together, but I just happen to bring along my camera.

How do you ensure that you capture all of the important moments on the wedding day?

Again, knowing what’s important to you on the wedding day starts from day 1. I have specific questions and conversations throughout the journey with me to figure out who the wedding VIPs are, what special moments are the most important to each of you, if there’s any decor piece that’s important, etc.

What is your favorite part of the wedding day and why?

I use to say the getting ready part of the day when the nerves are still fresh and there’s a tension of excitement in the air, but now it’s the moments through out the day with the bride and her dad. I just became a father to a little girl in 2022 and all the dad moments hit different now. The first look, walking her down the aisle, handing her over to her groom, the father daughter dance. All of the are super special to me and I’m tearing up just writing this post.
