What inspired you to become a wedding photographer?
I’ve always been inspired by meaningful, once-in-a-lifetime moments. For international couples and elopements, a wedding day is not just about getting married, it’s about experiencing a place, a feeling, and a shared adventure. Being able to document that story, especially for couples traveling to Copenhagen, is what truly inspires me.
How would you describe your photography style?
My style is natural, relaxed, and storytelling-focused. I aim to capture your day as it genuinely unfolds, with real emotions and minimal posing. The result is timeless images that feel personal and reflect both your connection and the atmosphere of your destination.
How do you ensure that your clients feel comfortable and relaxed during the photo shoot?
Many of my couples are visiting Copenhagen for the first time, so I take on a calm, guiding role. I explain everything clearly, help with timing and locations, and keep the experience easy and stress-free. You don’t need to know how to pose, just enjoy the moment together.
How do you ensure that you capture all of the important moments on the wedding day?
I plan everything carefully with my couples in advance and stay flexible on the day. With experience in elopements and intimate weddings, I know how to anticipate moments and adapt quickly, ensuring that nothing important is missed, even in a short or simple ceremony.
What is your favorite part of the wedding day and why?
The calm moments after the ceremony. When everything slows down and it’s just the two of you, taking in where you are and what you’ve just done. These moments are often the most emotional and meaningful, especially for couples who chose to elope or marry abroad.
