FAQs

How would you describe your photography style?

My style is warm, hands on, and very interactive. I work closely with my couples and stay involved throughout the day, helping guide things when needed and creating space for natural moments to happen. I pay attention to how people move, connect, and feel with each other, because that is where the good stuff lives.

Nothing feels stiff or overly posed. I want you comfortable, present, and actually enjoying your day, not worrying about what you are supposed to be doing. The end result is imagery that feels real, emotional, and true to who you are, not a performance.

How do you ensure that your clients feel comfortable and relaxed during the photo shoot?

I am very hands on and I set the tone right away. I talk people through what we are doing, keep things moving, and make sure no one is left standing around wondering what to do with their hands. I give direction when it is helpful, but I keep it simple and natural so it never feels forced.

More than anything, I focus on connection. I get to know my clients, I read the room, and I adjust in real time. When people feel seen and taken care of, they relax. My job is to make the experience feel easy and human so you can be present and the photos reflect that.

How do you ensure that you capture all of the important moments on the wedding day?

I prepare a lot before the wedding day so very little is left to chance. I spend time getting to know my couples, their priorities, and the people who matter most to them. We talk through timelines, family dynamics, and any moments that feel especially important so I know exactly what to watch for.

On the wedding day, I am fully present and I infuse my personality into the experience. I am not afraid to speak up if I see a concern, step in and take charge when something goes sideways, or help redirect things calmly and efficiently. I anticipate moments before they happen and stay aware of both the big milestones and the quiet in between ones.

I also believe in celebrating right alongside my couples. If that means cheering you on, laughing with your people, or raising a glass of wine or a beer once the party is rolling, I am there for that too. My goal is to make sure you feel supported, taken care of, and free to enjoy your day while I handle the rest.
