Appleford Estate

Appleford is a hidden gem in the heart of Philadelphia. Imagine celebrating in rolling green hills and lush forests. It also provides acres upon acres of private land for you and your guests to explore! This Pennsylvania farmhouse estate wedding venue has been creating memorable moments since 1974. You will feel transported back in time as you step inside the beautiful manor house. A home décor lover’s dream, with every detail from antique furniture to vivid rugs and oil paintings on display!

In addition, you’ll be able to channel your inner Martha Stewart when exploring all that this gorgeous historic estate has to offer. It features a Music Room, Pine Room, Dining Room, Bridal Suite, Groom’s Lounge, and Library. Also, the flagstone terrace directly in front of the house is tented from April to November and can accommodate hundreds of guests for seating. Further, the gardens complete the Appleford experience with its wooded acres enveloping it. Providing ample space to enjoy a walk through the greenery or simply admiring meticulously tended flowerbeds that surrounds it.

Uniquely, the area behind the home is perfect for picture taking, as it features a boxwood maze, statuary, and weeping willow trees. Large wedding ceremonies are often staged near these beautiful plants. Especially during summer months with their vibrant foliage in full bloom. Moreover, Appleford caterers come in five flavors: Catering By Design, Feastivities Events, Feast Your Eyes, John Serock Catering, and Sage catering. All of which offers exquisite quality service! As they set up the event for you, all that’s needed is to assure that there are libations on hand!
