Brooklyn Chop House is a steakhouse that plays on the double meaning of its name. Not only that the restaurant has a special meaning for the word “Chop”, but the atmosphere of this place defines classic romance and elegance. You can enjoy a scrumptious meal while having that casual engagement session as well. In here, they serve up some delicious “chops” (steak) but they also use it as symbolism too! Amazingly, it’s a word-play from Chop Steak to Chop Sticks. In fact, Stratis (the owner) has taken the best of two menus and married them with Steakhouse classics like dry-aged 30-45 day Prime Steaks including Porterhouse, to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

Further, the uniqueness of the BCH menu came home with taking staples from Stratis’ father’s Hilltop Diner. Namely, the Pastrami, the Reuben, Philly Cheesesteak, Bacon Cheeseburger and the French Onion Soup to turn them all into dumplings. Also, BCH has created the ultimate sandwich reimagined into dumplings! Additionally, you can also host your event reception in their private dining areas that can accommodate up to 200 guests!
