I’m Andy, a wedding photographer based in Minnesota, working throughout the Twin Cities, the North Shore, and wherever a wedding day feels most true to the people at the center of it.

I photograph weddings with a calm, intuitive approach, focusing less on how things are supposed to look and more on how they actually feel. My work is rooted in trust and ease — creating space for moments to unfold naturally, without pressure or performance. When couples feel comfortable, present, and supported, the photographs reflect that in a way that feels honest and lasting.

I’m drawn to intimate weddings, smaller guest counts, and adventurous elopements — days that are intentional by design and grounded in connection. Rather than chasing trends or recreating a specific aesthetic, I work with couples who value an artist’s vision and are open to letting the story of their day reveal itself as it happens. Every wedding looks different because every couple is different, and that individuality is something I take seriously.

On a wedding day, I bring a steady, unobtrusive presence. I’ll offer guidance when it’s helpful, step back when it’s not, and stay attentive to the moments that matter most — including the ones you might not even realize are happening at the time. My goal is for you to feel like yourselves, not like you’re being photographed.

Long after the day has passed, I want your photos to do more than show you what happened. I want them to transport you back into the feeling of it — the energy, the quiet moments, the people you love, and the atmosphere you created together.

In addition to photography, I’m also legally ordained to officiate wedding ceremonies. For select intimate weddings and elopements, this allows me to offer a simplified, seamless experience with fewer moving parts and deeper presence during the ceremony itself.
