What inspired you to become a wedding photographer?
My journey in photography began with events, which seamlessly led to capturing weddings due to client demand. After years of dedicated research and self-improvement, I’ve honed my skills and mastered the craft, even learning when to bend the rules to keep my work vibrant and original. My passion lies in photographing people, where the diversity of moments ensures that no two shots are ever alike.
How would you describe your photography style?
My approach to photography is characterized by a bold and distinctive flair, drawing inspiration from fashion yet maintaining a timeless elegance.
How do you ensure that your clients feel comfortable and relaxed during the photo shoot?
Creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for my clients during photo shoots is my top priority. By engaging in conversations that delve into their interests and sharing stories, I foster a warm and welcoming environment. My demeanor naturally puts people at ease, and I always sprinkle our sessions with plenty of encouragement. This approach is refined by over two decades of experience in the field.
How do you ensure that you capture all of the important moments on the wedding day?
To guarantee every crucial moment of a wedding day is captured, I meticulously align with the couple’s itinerary, planning in detail up to each half-hour segment. My ability to anticipate moments before they unfold, coupled with two decades of professional experience, has equipped me with a keen understanding of what couples expect from their wedding photography.
What is your favorite part of the wedding day and why?
I absolutely relish the part of the wedding day when I get to bring my creativity to the forefront—posing the couple, crafting exciting shots, and truly pushing the boundaries of what we can create together!
