Callahan House and Garden

The Callahan House was a rare find in Longmont, Colorado. When the rightful owners, Alice and Thomas Callahan, both honest and skillful merchants, gave their Queen Anne style Victorian house to the City during 1938’s economic crisis, they thought that their home would only be used for public events like weddings or banquets in a short span of time. Little did they know, the rich history that it will make!

Now, several years later, you can still enjoy its gracious elegance. From warmly decorated French interiors wrapped in a poetic Italian garden, to an expansive lawn under huge shade trees – this historic place is a delight to every guest! Not to mention, there is definitely an ample room for dancing amid the beauty of garden flowers.
