Wheaton Arts is an internationally acclaimed arts community. It showcases the world’s largest hand-blown glass bottle and offers artist demonstrations, a museum store, café for picnics or other light refreshments onsite! You can explore cultures at Wheaton with their Folklife Center that includes international exhibitions and educational programs. Also, they offer workshops in traditional folk art crafts from around the globe. It ranges from pottery making to jewelry designing. There are so many ways you can experience culture here!
In addition, the Event Center at Wheaton Arts is the perfect space for all of your celebrations. With nearly 9,000 square feet to be customized and able to accommodate hundreds of guests in banquet style seating. It is one of the largest venues available year-round! Also, when you rent the Event Center, specialists will work closely with you on designing a rental package that meets your needs. As well as designing a specific layout to what type of event is being planned.
Further, put on a show that will leave your guests with something to say. Rent out the Museum of American Glass for weddings, private parties or any other occasion! The museum is available Monday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m. On the other hand, the Gazebo is an old-fashioned traditional venue for weddings and other functions. It is also available for rent, but there are some limitations. The use of the space is limited to 25 people on the inside floor area and another 25 on its piers. If used as a wedding reception or similar event; guests may also watch from the shoreline areas.
