Green Canyon

Green Canyon is the most popular route up Mount Jardine. It’s a gradual climb, but you’ll have plenty of company on this vast area as it gains more meters in elevation. The challenge to climb up Green Canyon is not in the steep elevation gain, but rather its gradual ascent. You can even see the lush greenery and healthy growth on this route. Making it more than worth taking time for sightseeing!

As you near the top of your climb, look south to admire Mount Jardine. Ascend through a narrow pass between two peaks and then wind up on an open ridge. Where views are endless as far as eyes can see! On one hand, this is the best route to use if you want a challenging day on Mount Elmer and Mount Jardine in one! It’s also incredibly safe during winter season, so it will be an excellent experience for your adventure too.
