We have been blessed with dozens of wonderful reviews so please take a look to see how couples have felt about us. We have also won several awards including the Best of Knot Award for wedding photography three years in a row. We do not say this to brag. However, we are very proud of it. We say as a way to verify that we can capture your wedding memories in a way that you will be thrilled with. Wedding portraits are not just pictures. Wedding portraits are family treasures. A connection to a love story. They are memories that can be passed down through generations. You get one shot at capturing the special moments on your wedding day. FAQs

What inspired you to become a wedding photographer?

We have both always loved photography. What we love about wedding photography and why we specialize in wedding photography is that this is a time that families come together. There is love and joy in the air and we want to capture this moment as a way to create visual memories for families of this joyous time.

How would you describe your photography style?

In a wide-angle approach so to speak. We love portraits that are outdoors with natural light but can easily handle using flashes inside when needed. We try to always get some posed pictures but also rely on more of a candid, photojournalistic approach. We like close ups so that your love can really shine through.

How do you ensure that your clients feel comfortable and relaxed during the photo shoot?

Our Philosophy
Aloha means Love, Peace and Compassion.
We so greatly appreciate the meaning behind the thought of aloha. When you work with us you will see that as a family, we work to bring the Aloha Spirit to our business and to your wedding. We do this because we strive to create an environment where you will feel relaxed and at peace. We know that the love and compassion you have in your life will be portrayed in the portraits that we will create for you. To us wedding portraits are important because they mark the beginning of a story, a journey. Wedding portraits become even more special as time goes by. They become special memories and even family heirlooms. We understand this and this is why we feel so very honored to be able to help give these special memories to families.

How do you ensure that you capture all of the important moments on the wedding day?

We are a husband-and-wife team of photographers so that means two photographers for the price of one. We can capture different angles and different aspects of the wedding at the same time. Eric can focus on the groom and Jill can focus on the bride so to speak.

What is your favorite part of the wedding day and why?

We love the time right before the wedding when everyone is getting ready and the actual ceremony itself. Before the wedding because the energy is high and the emotion is generally flowing. The ceremony itself because who doesn’t enjoy a great wedding? Also, that is when the hearts are on the line.
