When I am not photographing wedding or family photos, I am hanging out with my niece grubbing on Chick-Fil-A or soaking up all the time I can with my dad. My favorite color is black-this is probably why I love black and white imagery.

What inspired you to become a wedding photographer?
During the second wedding I second shot, I had to capture the bride getting ready images. The bride was so in love, and so ready to marry the love of her life. It was such a beautiful time to experience- I was hooked after that.
How would you describe your photography style?
I like to be a fly-on-the-wall capturing authentic moments. The laugh, the tears, the all in-between are all the moments that make up your whole day. I love raw imagery and up close shots.
How do you ensure that you capture all of the important moments on the wedding day?
About one month before your wedding, I send out a pre-wedding questionnaire. This questionnaire is detailed and helps me create a tentative photography timeline. One week before your wedding, we go over the timeline and adjust as needed.
What is your favorite part of the wedding day and why?
My favorite part of the wedding day is during the first look. I love it because of how intimate and private it is allowing the couple to relax and have a moment for themselves.
