Xcaret Park

Tucked away in the heart of Mexico’s Mayan jungle, Xcaret is a water park with so much more than just slides and pools. It features underground rivers as well as cenotes (natural sinkholes) that face out to sea for some good snorkeling or diving. In addition to that, at Xcaret, you can explore Mexico’s rich culture and traditions. This theme park is located in Cancun and Riviera Maya where visitors will be able to learn about the country’s past, as well as its present. Notably, Xcaret Park has been a landmark of Cancun since its opening in 1990. It is even known by many as the top destination above all others. More of like a popular hidden gem, and considered to be “the” place for tourists.

Now, what more could this culturally fun filled place has to offer? Momentously amazing wedding spaces! They literally have it all. And that is not a comical way to put. You see, they offer uniqueness right on your hand. They have the Chapel of Guadalupe; which has an altar on the water’s edge and the Virgin carved in a tree trunk 39 feet high. Also, the Chapel of San Francisco De Asis; which is located at the highest point of the park at 37 meters above sea level. But it does not stop there.

There is the El Caracol that signifies the Mayan Culture, with its circular path that gives the feeling of magic and splendor. A glass bridge is connected here that takes you to the grand La Isla. Then, the sandy Las Pozas, where a stone altar and the Caribbean Sea surrounds your view. Adding to it is the Hacienda Henequenera, which takes you to the golden age of the Yucatan haciendas. Lastly, the Wine Cellar, which gives justice to its name.
